By accessing or using the Whisperer mobile application ("the App"), provided by DeepSkyApps, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

Whisperer provides AI-powered note-taking and transcription services. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary consent to record conversations in your jurisdiction (e.g., compliance with one-party or two-party consent laws).

3. AI Services & Accuracy

The App utilizes artificial intelligence technologies (including OpenAI) to generate transcripts and summaries. While we strive for high accuracy:

  • AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies.
  • You should verify important information before relying on it.
  • We are not liable for any decisions made based on the App's transcripts or summaries.

4. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DeepSkyApps and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

Whisperer may offer subscriptions or in-app purchases. All financial transactions are handled by the Apple App Store. We do not store your payment information. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DeepSkyApps, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
